A good poker player will also know how to read the other players at the table. This includes reading their body language, facial expressions and breathing. It is important to know how to identify conservative players who will fold early and aggressive players who will bet high on every hand before they see what the other players have. Learning to recognize these tells will allow you to play your opponent better and maximize your chances of winning.
